For Faucets, ball valves, Robinets, gate valves, spigots and
the like, both manual and automatic machines are available for assembly and
testing. Assembly Equipment and Test Equipment is also available for other
products or any other automotive components which require a high degree of
assembly accuracy and testing of the finished product.
Original solutions designed for each specific requirement
and aiming at the optimization of the production phase, obtain productivity,
ergonomic results, reliability, economic results and easy servicing.
The accurate analysis of the production requirements and any possible
solutions enable our technicians to offer the most suitable assembling
stations, which are simple and efficient for any particular requirement. By
taking advantage of the considerable company know-how and firm
technical skills, you are assured a completely automatic assembly line.
Automatic assembly machines and systems can be of an in-line configuration as
a palletized system, or as a transfer machine utilizing a rotary table.
The transfer machines can be fully automatic to include the feeding of the
component, such as cartridges, valve stems, valve seals, valve balls, faucet
handles and the like. Optionally, a transfer assembly machine for a faucet
can be semi-automatic, where an operator places the faucet body, valve seals,
valve cartridge, valve stems, and cartridge locking collar onto a mandrel within
the loading station and rotates the table to unload and continue loading the
valve components. As the table rotates, the automation of the system
selects
each component and assembles them as the table rotates through the various
stations.
Fully automatic systems will extract the seals, stems, and ceramic cartridges
as required and feed them automatically into the assembly stations.
Of course, after each step of the valve or faucet assembly, testing can be
performed for the accuracy of the assembly and the integrity of the assembled
component. The systems can be designed so that if a defect is found in a
valve or faucet, no further assembly is affected to the valve.
