Automazioni constructs assembly systems for door hardware and window
hardware. Door latches, window latches, window levers and handles can all be
fully assembled.
Fully automatic assembly systems or semi-automatic assembly systems are
available for window and door latches and handles.
Productions rates up to 25 parts per minute of fully assembled handles.
Rotation testing for verification of correct assembly and operation is also
performed.
Hoppers are used to hold hardware components for assembly prior to the
feeding bowls for extra capacity and autonomous assembly operation.
Hardware components are oriented and fed into the assembly system, piece by
piece, matching the assembly cycle to the major components passing through
the assembly station.
Full automatic assembly systems can be combined with function
testing and endurance testing.
