Automatic pin rack loading can be preformed in either vertical or
horizontal positions. Parts are automatically loaded and unloaded from
the plating racks, increasing productivity and reducing operator
fatigue.
 Robotics
can also be used for the loading and unload process, and can utilize
camera systems for verification of part positioning. The
integration of machining centers requires the utilization of robots for
the exact positioning of the parts onto fixtures, or if a high
flexibility of the system is necessary. The integrated robots can
be with 4 or 6 axis. Robots can be placed on movable trolleys or gantry
style to leave as much room as possible in front of the machines.
If robotics are combined with automatic or semi-automatic devices for
part positioning, the robot can be guided by vision systems also
