Arm type electroplating
systems have a central frame, around which
the extended arms of the system traverse through each of the
electroplating processes. Arms can hold a varied number of racks
and rack configurations for plating of mixed production at high
volumes.
Full turn-key installations include automatic stripping of the pin racks during
the electroplating process, prior to reloading. All plating process can be
performed with these systems.
Pin racks allow for production of nearly any components. Automation for
drying the parts in-line is also available.
