 The working cycle of these
barrel plating systems can be programmed, thus obtaining very high flexibility. The movement is obtained by transporters that run along tracks, supported by means of shoulders fixed to the tanks.
The tanks can be arranged in one or more rows, linked with shuttle transfers.
The
electroplating lines can also be connected with external loading and unloading stations, and with an external rack storage / staging area.
The workers operate only near the loading-unloading area and are helped by several devices such as: rack / jig lifts, trolleys, shuttle transfers, etc…
The barrels plants can be interfaced with fully automatic barrel opening and closing systems, weighing loading systems, and with drying systems.
Basic barrel size:
- Width of Flat: from 320 to 420 mm, 7 sides
- Length: from 700 to 1.500 mm
- Twin barrels are available in every size

- Up to 24 barrels/hour
- Up to 48 barrels/hour (twins)
