THE BILLO LINEThe BILLO line is our last new that gives itself in the middle of the way between a transfer
machine and a work-center, a mix of
productivity and flexability. BILLO is our answer for Clients who work on
small lots
of about 100 parts and for these parts are
demanded very complex machining, up to
5 axes. The machine self-centering vice with a
universal orientation that allows the working
with a only location of a complicated part, with
different faces and different angolature.
The working unit allows to boring and threading
with all type of thread pitches, defining the
working-data through the NC controlled.
The machine is equipped with automatic
tool-holder clamping device, to 12, 20 or 32
position that can be replaced by a revolved
with more spindle.
Our BILLO 5 axes machining center is the
answer to a large amount of customers who deal with batches of hundreds
of pieces that need very complex machining, even on 5 axes.
BILLO features a 3-axis CN controlled operating unit and a 2-axes
moving, self-centering universal chuck which allows to machine a
complicated part with various surfaces and machining angles just in one
clamping, avoiding time wastes for further clamping and increasing the
finished product’s precision. The possibility to work on six surfaces results from our special chuck
that keeps the work piece perfectly centered regardless of the axis
rotation
The operating unit can do several machining operations for example
boring, threading at any pitch or milling with circular interpolation
just by inserting the machining data through our numeric control
interface. Moreover, the machine is equipped with an automatic tool
changing device with 20 or 30 positions, that can eventually be replaced
by multi spindle revolver head.
The sequential programming is extremely easy and doesn’t require any
instruction course.
The BILLO machining center is suitable for the
production of small batches of complicated parts of any shape that have
to be machined on more surfaces with inclined or perpendicular axes
directions in one single clamping obtaining the maximum precision. |
