The horizontal axis transfer machines (GO models) with rotating drum are suitable for machining work-pieces up to 3 ways and are available with 4 up to 16 stations with one, two or 3 units per station.

They allow an optimal accessibility and visibility for tool changing procedure and permit therefore a set-up time of only 40 - 90 minutes, cleaning of the machine excluded.

The machine basement is well dimensioned and made of welded steel plates, stabilized by annealing, and the indexing table features 3 Hirth front gears which allow high precision positioning.

The machining units are completely CN controlled and the feed drive can be hydraulic by means of proportional solenoid valve or with balls recirculation screw.

The work-piece locking devices are hydraulically controlled self centering 2-jaws chucks, which are mounted on the indexing table and have adjustable closing pressure and stroke.

Below are some examples of rotary table transfer machines from Gozio.

TRANSFER MACHINE MOD. GO-14-G3/R-RCN-8

Horizontal axis transfer machine for machining 1-2-3 ways parts. With 10 boring units and 4 boring/threading units is particularly suitable for machining small/medium size parts (MAX. 2"). The working units are equipped with automatic tool-holder clamping device.  Setting-up time of the horizontal transfer machine = 40/90 minutes (cleaning time not included).

TRANSFER MACHINE MOD. GO-15-G2/P-RCN-8

This fully NC operated transfer machine with 9 boring units and 6 boring/threading units, is particularly suitable for machining small/medium size parts in a very short time.  Machine setting-up is very quick and easy as all machining parameters of the working units, including the thread pitches, are CNC programmable. The working units are equipped with automatic tool-holder clamping device. Setting-up time of the NC transfer machine = 40/90 minutes (cleaning time not included).
