Nearly all the parts of the transfer machines are manufactured in-house at Gozio Transfer in Gozio's own machining department.  The final assembly of transfer machines is made in it's own department, mounting the headstocks, rotary tables & working units, having been pre-assembled and tested.

BILLO Machining Centers

 The BILLO is Gozios  answer for those who work on small lots of about 100 parts, and these parts require very complex machining up to 5 axis.  The machining center has a self-centering vice with universal orientation that allows the machining with only one fixturing of a complicated part, with different faces and different angulature.  The working unit allows boring and threading with all type of thread pitches, defining the working-data through the NC control.  The  machining center is equipped with automatic tool-holder clamping device, to 12, 20 or 32 position that can be replaced by a revolved with more spindle.  -BILLO series (single station machining center with one or two opposed  units)

Futura Machining Center

The FUTURA line is the new line of machine tools designed of the Gozio Transfer and gives itself in the middle of way between a transfer machine and a work center with a mix of productiveness and pliability.  The machine can be composed by 3-4-8 station like 2-3-6 working units.  The vice is auto true to universal orientation and allows the rotation of the 2 orthogonal axes.  -FUTURA series (from 1 to 4 machining units with indexing table).
