The machine basement is well dimensioned and made of welded steel plates, stabilized by annealing, and the indexing table features 3 Hirth front gears which allow high precision positioning.

The machining units are completely NC controlled and the feed drive can be hydraulic by means of proportional solenoid valve or with balls recirculation screw.

The work-piece clamping devices are hydraulically controlled self centering 2-jaws chucks, which are mounted on the indexing table and have adjustable closing pressure and stroke.
