 For shotblasting
of wire and bars, 5-28 mm. diameter, suitable to be inserted in a combined
heavy-duty cold drawing line. Production speed up to 200 m/min.
The turbines placed on this machine can be fed by motor up to 75 kW for each
turbine.High efficiency on "IN LINE" shotblasting machines, due to the exclusive "VENTURI
SHAPE" of COGEIM concentration plates assures the perfect shot flow guiding
(100% on wire surface) and at the same time, it's perfect escape in order to
avoid the shot accumulation and the "over blasting effect". Long
operating life of inside parts working directly under the shot flow action.
The shot blasting cabinet is completely lined by modular, changeable
manganese plates. The head wall is made in two thicknesses with air space
inside, in order to guarantee the maximum sealing and noise level reduction.
External blasting cabinet completely free and arranged with inspection doors
in every point in order to allow an easy inspection and for maintenance.
Machines "IN LINE" from COIL to BAR, 2 - 6 turbines for material LOW and
MEDIUM CARBON, ALLOY STEELS, and STAINLESS STEELS.
Machines "IN LINE" from COIL to COIL, 3 - 4 turbines for bright wire
productions (LOW and MEDIUM CARBON, ALLOY STEELS, and STAINLESS STEELS). For
very low roughness required also.
Machines "IN LINE" from BAR to BAR, 3 - 4 - 6 turbines for HIGH CARBON,
ALLOY STEELS, and STAINLESS STEELS.
Machines "OUT LINE" multi strand bars, 4 - 8 turbines.
Machines for wire "IN COIL" for 5 - 28 mm. diameter wire, LOW and MEDIUM
CARBON, ALLOY STEELS, and STAINLESS STEELS. Double rotating arm with length
up to 6 meters, 3 ton capacity, 10 installed turbines. Exclusive arrangement
"WITHOUT PIT" turbines aligned and positioned close and parallel to rotating
arm axis.
